Opening hours and prices

2026 season:

28 March to 1 November, daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Nature park open all
year round Café and shop freely accessible during opening hours

Otter feeding times daily at 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. (duration approx. 15-20 minutes)

Live microscope shows daily at 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (duration approx. 20 minutes)

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the UnterWasserReich, but are allowed on a leash in the nature park.
 

DISCOUNTS:

Ask at the ticket office about various discounts (e.g. bellaflora customer card, trade union members, SN Card, etc.).

Day tickets (including otter feeding and live microscope show)

  • Adults: €13.00
  • Groups (10 or more people), students, senior citizens: €11.00
  • Children and young people aged 6–15: €8.00
  • Children under 6 years: FREE
  • Family ticket (2 adults + max. 5 children): €33.00
  • Adults/children with social pass: €2.00/€1.00
  • School classes (20 or more pupils): €7.00
  • Season ticket for adults: €40.00
  • Season ticket for children and young people: €30.00
     
  • Lower Austria family pass: single + 1-4 child(ren): €19.00
  • Lower Austria Family Pass: Family ticket £30.00
  • Lower Austria Card: One-time admission including otter feeding and live microscope show at the specified times

COMBINED TICKET (UnterWasserReich – Schrems Art Museum)

  • Adults: €19.50 (instead of €22.90)
  • Senior citizens, students: €16 (instead of €18.90)
  • Children and young people aged 6–15: €12.50 (instead of €14.90)

RENTAL

  • Handcart: €5.00 (for 2 hours)
  • Pedal kart: €8.00 for 1 hour; €35.00 for 2 hours, including a filled picnic basket

 Route: Car park at UnterWasserReich to Himmelsleiter. The karts are not approved for use on roads.
