The UnterWasserReich is the visitor center of the Nature Park Hochmoor Schrems and a Ramsar Information Center. The exhibition and the water garden focuses on the specifics of the Waldviertel's ponds and bogs.

Recorded in the microscope and projected on the screen, we show you plankton  organismes greatly enlarged at our microscope-liveshows.

In aquaria - the underwater zoo - you can learn about the beauty and diversity of native fish.

In the water garden otters, frogs, dragonflies and snakes can be observed in their natural habitat.
